Returns, Contacts and Policies

What is your email solicitation policy?

We reserve the right to solicit anyone's e-mail address that has had communication with us to deliver product and updates relating to our company and any business relationships we may develop in the past, present and future. That includes any e-mail address submitted for free catalogs, website information, sales rep correspondence, special offers and general sales orders. If you elect to not receive any communication from us, you must click the link provided in the e-mail. That will block ALL future mailings via e-mail that we may send.

I need help. Who do I contact?

All inquiries relating to products, specials, product specifications, availability, product troubleshooting or general karaoke help should be directed to the Sales Department. Problems with the website relating to navigation, page errors, login and password issues should be directed to the Website Technical Support. See the contacts page.

I wrote an email, but never got a response. Why?

There are many possible reasons for not getting a reply. The department you wrote to may be researching your issue. You should receive acknowledgement in a few hours. If not, please write again. If there is still no resolve, please visit the contacts page and call us.

Many times, users do not have their software setup properly. You may be able to send an email to us, but our attempts to write you may be bouncing back to us. Bouncing can occur if you do not have your email account "Reply To..." address setup correctly. AOL users must setup their software to accept email from prosing.com addresses. MSN, Yahoo and Hotmail addresses have similar issues. Some of these ISPs will delay email or simply dump it due to hardware issues or heavy internet traffic. These mailboxes also have size limitations. Make sure you clean out your email boxes regularly. If you don't, any incoming emails will be bounced.

What difference does it make who I write? Can't you forward it?

We can and do forward emails to the proper departments. However, we don't want to lose anyone in the shuffle. Connecting to the proper department will better your chance of resolving your issue.

Returning Merchandise

What is your warranty on your products?

Product warranty varies from product to product. We have a 30 Day warranty for defective merchandise. Thereafter, you must contact the manufacturer for warranty.

How do I return a product?

Contact the Sales Dept. on the contacts page and request an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Do not send product back to us without an RMA#. We cannot accept those packages and they will be returned to you, at your expense.

Security

Is your website secure?

We use Instant SSL encryption on our website. You can view our certificate by clicking on the Instant icon found at the bottom of the secure pages. When on a secure page, you should see a padlock in the status bar of your browser. Also, you will see the prefix "https://" in your browser address bar. This prefix invokes security for that page.

Instant definition: With SSL any information sent to your web server is encrypted or scrambled, making it impossible to intercept or steal. It also displays the identity of the website owner, and the name of the independent authority who verified that identity, such as Instant. The Instant Web Server Certificate connects at 128 bit, 56 bit or 40 bit depending on the client's browser capability.

How am I protected against fraud?

Internet fraud is growing everyday. We utilize a number of ways to protect you and us from fraud. Your account is connected to your email address. To access your account, you need your email address and password. If someone stole your password, they still could not access your credit card number. We only ship to addresses registered with your credit card company. To make a successful, fraudulent order, the perpetrator would have to have your credit card in hand and know personal information about you to make an address change with your credit card company.

Assuming a fraudulent order is placed, most credit card companies have a $50 liability limit. You would be insured for anything over $50. Please check with your credit card company if in doubt.
